Sheridan wants to help educate women about the simple, yet often overlooked steps they need to take rebuild a strong foundation from the inside out. My Fit Mumma classes will be structured around an assessment and awareness of the core and pelvic floor and along with your Women’s Health Physiotherapist work towards building a stronger, more confident YOU!
Prior to joining the fitness industry Sheridan had a career as a high school Health and PE teacher spanning over 10 years. Following the birth of her daughter in 2012 she began to pay more attention to that nagging feeling it was time to explore other career options.
2 years after becoming a mum and sleep now fare less broken she was finally felt able to really prioritise her own exercise habits again and felt stronger and fitter than ever. The new career path she had been looking for soon became very clear.
Sheridan launched her first business The HIIT Fix in 2015 and as her all female client base grew so too did her interest in postnatal exercise. Upon becoming a Safe Return to Exercise accredited trainer in 2018, My Fit Mumma was born.
