Anna Moule

Owner & Personal Trainer

Philosophy

It is Anna’s vision to inspire individuals to achieve their daily dose of movement. She loves seeing the transitions new mums make; from being nervous to commencing exercise again, or disheartened with not knowing where to start to expressions of excitement and joy with being able to return to exercise they used to love and feelings of being a strong role model for their families.

Experience

Anna has always had a love of anything outdoors and active as well as a deep passion for helping people. This led her to complete her studies in Exercise and Sports Science at Sydney University and become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in 2010.

Movement as medicine has been her tool to be able to help her clients improve their health, fitness and lifestyle. She has always had a passion for learning and started working in Women’s Health at a female only gym during her studies. Over the past 8 years, she has continued to complete further courses in pre and post natal training and networked with other health and fitness professionals such as Women’s Health Physios, Dietitians, Doctors and Specialists to learn from and ensure the best care for the new mums she works with is provided.

Anna started Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic in 2012 with the vision of bringing together experienced health professionals under one roof to be able to improve the health and fitness of our community. She is excited about the impact we can make through mentoring her team with a growth mindset and encouraging them to continue to learn and lead our clients to improve their health and fitness. Our team includes Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitian, Massage Therapist and Yoga instructor.

Qualifications:

  • B. Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science), Sydney University
  • Masters of Exercise Physiology, Sydney University
  • Safe Return to Exercise with Jen Dugard (due to be renewed in Jan 2018)
  • Exercise Physiology in Pregnancy, The Women’s Health Collective
  • Modern Pregnancy Exercise Course, Burrell Education
  • Modern Post Natal Assessment and Exercise, Burrell Education
