About

Philosophy

Mel’s mission is to have a supportive, welcoming and child friendly environment where mums of any age or stage can confidently return to exercise rebuilding their bodies from the inside out.

Mel will quite often say "be you, do you". It’s never a competition nor a race with anyone other than yourself, we will applaud and support you in every way!

Our Mums Movement sessions always begin with a friendly welcoming, then we head into pelvic floor awareness and activation. Our dynamic warm-ups will be suited to you and will aid you in warming up all the muscles we plan to move throughout the body of the session.

Mel is very hands-on with assessments while also working very closely with a Women’s Health Physio. Mel believes that every women has the right to feel amazing from the inside out.

At Taylored Fitness By Mel we want you to feel amazing on the outside and also on the inside. We feel very strongly about supporting women of any age or stage back into exercise.

Whether you took time off to have a baby or took time off exercise for any other reason, we want to be your support and guidance. Mel is very passionate about educating mums so they become familiar with what their body can do. A woman’s body should be celebrated!

It’s about feeling comfortable in an exercise environment and knowing that you’re working out safely with a trainer who is educated to support you. Mel’s mission is to educate mums / women to become physically and mentally strong and healthy.
