Rach’s mission is to empower mums to be the best version of themselves by providing education, rehabilitation and support across the whole health spectrum – from mindset and body awareness to safe and fun exercise techniques.
Her passion lies in bridging the gap between post-natal recovery and a safe return to strength and conditioning training.
As a mum of two girls, she understands the amount of pressure that all mums feel and is dedicated to helping them find enjoyment in nourishing their bodies and their minds and creating healthy and sustainable lifelong habits that can be passed down to their children and beyond.
She believes strongly that ‘together we do better’.
