Philosophy
Rach’s mission is to empower mums to be the best version of themselves by providing education, rehabilitation and support across the whole health spectrum – from mindset and body awareness to safe and fun exercise techniques.
Her passion lies in bridging the gap between post-natal recovery and a safe return to strength and conditioning training.
As a mum of two girls, she understands the amount of pressure that all mums feel and is dedicated to helping them find enjoyment in nourishing their bodies and their minds and creating healthy and sustainable lifelong habits that can be passed down to their children and beyond.
She believes strongly that ‘together we do better’.

With Rach’s guidance, support and expertise, the training program has helped me adopt a more focused and holistic approach to my health and wellbeing.

The crew she trains with are also amazing, so welcoming and warm which is so important when attending group classes. If you’re unsure, don’t be. This place is great.

Rach is so passionate, knowledgeable and skilled in training women and she has the lived experience of being a mum herself. She is realistic, empowering and all over what women need to know about! I signed up because of it's unique holistic approach and accountability focus.
I have really valued the core sessions and connecting with my pelvic floor. Something that had fallen off my radar after having 3 kids but should definitely be a top priority.
The strength sessions are varied but require minimal equipment and I love that Rach always offers ways to modify the exercises. I schedule this session twice a week and I'm feeling so much stronger.
Yoga was new for me and I've loved it. My body is so thankful for all that stretching. I highly recommend the Back to Base method for all women. I'm so much more consistent in leading a healthier life because of it. Thanks Rach for being such an inspiration!
