Philosophy
Create a supportive and welcoming child-friendly environment where mums can confidently return to exercise rebuilding their bodies from the inside out.
Aligning my values with other like-minded women, sharing my knowledge as I believe all women deserve to be educated and informed on choices and the importance of the correct prenatal and postnatal care guidelines with exercise while protecting their pelvic floor and bodies from lifelong complications.
Experience
Chantelle is a Mum of 3 boys. Fitness became a huge part of her life in 2016 after having her 3rd child, severely overweight, and could not find a trainer in her area who had the knowledge to take her on as a client.
Chantelle decided to become qualified as a fitness professional to be more knowledgeable with what she was doing within her own training and fell in love with all things fitness and wanted to also be able to pass that knowledge onto other people who have struggled in the same department as she did.
Throughout Chantelle's time as a Trainer she has trained children, mums & older clients, male & female, boxing, group training; but her wish has always been to become a women’s fitness specialist.
Over the past 5 years, Chantelle has offered different sorts of group training both in and out of the gym environment. Within the last year, her focus has switched to focusing more on personal training and helping women achieve their specific goals.
