About

Philosophy

Kate believes that good health comes from three key elements. Quality Movement, Nourishment and Mindset. These key elements are never more important than when you become a mum.

Kate's goal is to guide and educate women both Pre and Postnatally through these key elements in collaboration with other allied health professionals. To ensure that each mother has a safe return to exercise and is left feeling strong, empowered and supported.

Experience

Kate has over 12 years experience as a Personal Trainer. Starting off in the industry Kate's core focus was on rehabilitation and injury prevention. Using her collaboration with all Allied Health Professionals to bridge the gap between the clinical treatment and training on the gym floor.

After four years of Personal Training in gym-based facilities, Kate opened her own boutique training facility Bay ActivePT breaking away from the traditional gym setting. This has allowed her to develop her move, look, feel better method. Focusing on how we nourish our bodies.

Eight years on Kate has honed her skills to be able to offer her Pre & Post-natal client the best of care and guidance as they navigate through motherhood and all of its hurdles. As a Mum herself, Kate's passion is now helping other mothers to embrace the inner power that pregnancy and childbirth have given them.
