About

Philosophy

Consistency creates results and then results spark the inspiration to exercise!

As a Personal Trainer Anna teaches her clients to never wait for an inspiration to exercise; it will never come if you are sitting on the sofa! Instead regularly and consistently scheduling the time to move creates the perfect environment for inspiration to show up.

Anna knows that everyone is uniquely different - women are different from men, older folks are different from the young ones, young mums are different from the experienced mums, and women who are going through menopause, even each day is different to the previous one. Anna focusses on training and educating her clients in ways that support their individual goals and promote movement.

Sometimes just breathing is a win, let alone showing up for the training session! She meets her clients where they are at each day and they celebrate each win big or small.

Anna tells her clients; “We don’t need to set a personal best every day, but we do need to exercise regularly" – this empowers them and helps them to feel better, more energised, improves our mood and make us want to eat better.

She believes health is not all about physical training, it is also about what we eat, how we feel and how we are connected.

Personal training, small group training, classes and boot camps are not just about physical movement, they are about connecting to the body, inner-selves, each other and the nature. Needless to say, Anna's sessions are always a good laugh!

When Anna's clients are starting their "better health and fitness" journey she guides them to be patient, their fitness journey is for life. She knows that with consistency, the results ALWAYS come.

Experience

Anna and her family have travelled across the world and have lived in a number of countries over the past 15 years including Singapore, Bangladesh, India, the UAE, PNG, Malaysia, Maldives.

Needless to say, reliable availability of gyms and fitness programs has always been a bit of a concern in most locations.

To solve this problem, Anna decided to educated herself and joined the fitness industry over 10 years ago. She became a certified LesMills BodyPump program and brought it with her over to her new expatriate country.

Since then course after course, certification after certification her career in fitness has grown into a full-time and well-loved PT and Group Fitness instructor at local gyms in Brisbane.

Anna's focus is on helping women of all ages to get comfortable and familiar with exercising, learn how to use gym equipment safely and most importantly get the desired health and fitness results.

Finding a trainer is easy, find the best trainer is very hard.

Anna, you are an awesome personal trainer. I wish I had found you earlier, 2 years ago, when I've been going to the gym. I haven't experienced that much of transformation in since I've met you. After I've started training with you I've seen a lot of change. Before, whenever I look in the mirror I felt insecure, but now I feel more confident. You motivate me :-)

Prior to starting personal training with Anna, I was so unfit and overweight.

My name is Marvel, a 35 year old female doing PT with Anna at Forest Lake Snap gym, twice a week. Anna has been my trainer since March 2021. Prior to starting personal training with Anna, I was so unfit and overweight 105-110 kg, a dress size of 22. I was unable to climb one flight of stairs due to excruciating pain in both my knees.

Since we started training, the weight has come down, currently 94kg and a dress size of 16-14. The pain in both my knees had improved and I am able to climb 5 flight of stairs with little to no pain. Anna has been working with me on core strength, pelvic floor exercise and strategic and exercise to strengthen the muscles around my knee. I was unable to do 2-3 push ups without running out of breath, now i am able to do 15-20 push ups safely and still able to breathe and talk as well. She is very professional and kind with her words. She also, provide advise on correct diet and proper sleep habits.

To be honest with you, fitness is not my strength nor passion, i am not someone who just gets up to go do an exercise as I am a very busy person. Since Anna has been working with me twice a week, seeing her passion and love for her work motivates me to go for a workout. Thank you.
