About

Philosophy

Educating and supporting women on the importance of exercise through all stages of life, including pregnancy and postpartum, is Ana’s main focus.

Ana's experience as a client has made her mindful of listening to client's needs and wants while working with them to find the balance between their life and their fitness goals.

As a first-time mum, she understands the challenges of pregnancy and new motherhood along with the importance of support and community in this chapter of life. Ana believes it is important to support mums in making time for themselves, which in turn benefits their family.

Experience

Ana has 2 years experience as a fitness professional with over 10 years experience prior to that as a client. Ana fell in love with resistance training while at university.

After many years of feeling like a wallflower in big gyms, she joined a small studio and enjoyed encouraging new members. It was then she decided to switch career paths and studied her Certificate III and IV in Fitness in 2019, falling pregnant 3 weeks into the course. Continuing to train and work up until the COVID-19 shutdown of gyms at 34 weeks pregnant, she learnt a lot through her personal experience about exercise during pregnancy.

When returning to exercise, Ana realised there was a lack of pre- and postnatally qualified trainers in her area. After maternity leave, she decided to become the pre- and postnatal trainer that she had required. Ana is passionate about providing a comfortable, judgement free environment for women of all ages and stages to exercise safely and confidently.
