Body Beyond Baby aims to encourage mum to take a little time out for herself but we also know that as mums we have to grab the moment when it arise and sometimes that means when little people are sleeping or otherwise occupied. Even 15 minutes here and there a few time over the course of the day could make a huge difference to your fitness, enegy levels and body image goals.

Food Diary Template
A food diary is a great way of talking a snap shot of your diet and becomming accountable to what you are putting in your mouth. It is very easy to 'forget' just how much (or how little) and exactly what we have eaten throughout the day especially when children are involved and we seem to just eat on the run.
Fill out this food diary for a week minimum and look at what simple and healthy changes you can make to
help you reach you goals. Enlisting the help of your trainer or dietician is also a good way to ensure you are on track. If you have and food related questions you can always head to our Face Book page and post on our wall and I will get back to you ASAP.
