Specific to the postnatal period in this three hour workshop you will:

  • Gain further insight into the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and core
  • Find out whether you have any abdominal separation
  • Ensure you know how to activate your pelvic floor and core muscles correctly and efficiently
  • View your own pelvic floor and core muscle contractions on screen using Real Time Ultrasound
  • Practically integrate this knowledge into do-at-home rebuilding exercises that will also help to correct any abdominal separation
